Theda has partially completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and is also busy with her National Certificate Agri Sales and Services (NQF 4) through i3A. She has 17 years + of experience in marketing, sales, advertising, admin, communications, and managing staff. She is responsible for digital and direct marketing and sales. She is also the co-owner of Garcias for Africa, a personal development company specialising in practical and effective leadership programs for youth and for people working in the agricultural sector.

Steph has completed Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science, Honors Degree in Forensic Genetics, with experience in education and peer tutoring. Steph manages the Content and Research Department and oversees the development of academic content for i3A’s curriculums.
